Exec says VEB.RF considering 1.6 tln rbl of Far Eastern projects

MOSCOW, Oct 9 (PRIME) -- VEB.RF is considering offering over 280 billion rubles to finance 20 projects worth 1.6 trillion rubles in the Far East, First Deputy Chairman Nikolai Tsekhomsky told PRIME in an interview released on Friday.

"VEB.RF is currently considering participating in financing of 20 projects on the Far East worth 1.6 trillion rubles, the planned amount of financing by VEB.RF exceeds 280 billion rubles," Tsekhomsky said.

He also said that 31 projects are already being fulfilled with VEB.RF’s 700 billion ruble participation and total investment of over 3 trillion rubles.
